• Late or missing refunds

      2. If payment is done through cash-on-delivery, refund requests will be processed within 14 working days.

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.   • or can contact Ramietech Solutions within 7 days from date of delivery. Any request for replacement beyond 7 days from date of delivery will be subject to the standard product warranty terms. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
